About the Competition
Environments for working, healing, and learning are changing and we’re inspired to see what’s next! We challenged designers to use their creative talent to showcase the future of these spaces. We are excited to announce the winners and show their winning designs.
Grand Prize Winner
Kelsey Omeis
Kelsey is a NCIDQ and LEED certified New York City-based interior designer specializing in workplace design. She is a Drexel University alumna where she received both her Bachelors and Masters of Interior Architecture + Design. In her spare time, Kelsey designs residential and commercial spaces for personal clients.

Kristina Aleksandrova

Kristina Aleksandrova is a Senior Designer at Henricksen in Itasca, IL. Kristina graduated from The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg with a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She has worked in the commercial design industry for nearly a decade. She enjoys designing healthcare facilities, education, commercial offices, rooftop areas, libraries, and many more. Kristina is very hard working and dedicated to making her projects a success. 

Carlos Esparza
Carlos Esparza, Assoc. AIA, Ind. IIDA, is a designer at Cal Bennetts. Carlos’ background in architecture helps inform design solutions that can focus on addressing the relationship between the built environment and the unique set of users that inhabit those spaces. Carlos has experience working on a wide spectrum of projects including government, healthcare, and educational facilities.
Elouie Gaspar
Elouie Gaspar is an Interior Designer working at Gensler New York City, designing modern workplaces that are purposeful, intentional, and sustainable. His projects vary between 10,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft from large financial tech companies to start-ups, he is able to create beautiful spaces with his design perspective. Gaspar specializes in 3D rendering, building interior spaces from schematic to construction; he seamlessly threads virtual 3D concepts to reality.
Rachel Clark McNeill
Rachel Clark McNeill is the Lead interior designer for L & M Office Furniture in Little Rock, Arkansas. Rachel graduated from Harding University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She has been designing in commercial furniture since January of 2017, but previously was a residential designer. Rachel has held various leadership positions within the American Society of Interior Designers and she has received several awards from the organization. She has also received numerous awards from CET Designer, as well as many design competitions held by furniture manufacturers.
